Fuzion Systems Ltd was formed on the principle of: "If we can’t do it well, we just won’t do it." With an emphasis on Customer Service, we wanted our websites to be friendly, approachable places where you can find what you want with ease, see how much it costs with ease, and if you have any questions you can ask us...predictably, with ease!

We didn’t want to be just another internet seller. We want to stand out from the crowd with colour, fun, originality and, most importantly, giving customers what they want.

So we promise that we won’t hide our VAT or any other incidental charges away at the end of the purchasing process, and our P&P for standard UK deliveries is a flat £2.49, whether you buy one wind up penguin or a van-full of Giant Rubber Ducks. We have a simple and easy to follow returns and refunds policy. We are constantly expanding our lines to give customers wider choice and more options, and we will always, always, try to do our best for you. That’s our philosophy.

An important part of this is giving customers (and potential customers, of course) the feeling that they can speak to us, just like they would if they physically walked into a shop. We want customers to feel like they know us personally, and that they can get on with us, and hopefully visit us again in the future. To that end, as well as our telephone number and e-mail addresses, we have incorporated onto our sites the excellent ‘help me’ button, which allows people to chat to any one of us that happens to be available at the time. So if you are visiting anyway, feel free to click on it, let us know what you think, have a chin-wag and we might invite you round for coffee!

Just so you feel that you know us a little bit better, here is a brief summary of the main players at FunFuzion:

Jamie - aka, “Sonic”, Jamie is our chief tech-nerd. If something isn't working, feel free to blame him entirely. We do! Jamie runs and updates all these pages (also blame him for typos) and is generally the company front man for anything involving electricity or, for that matter, chocolate.
Interesting Fact: Jamie was once an extra on never-popular antique/detective crossover TV program “Lovejoy”.

Justin - aka “J-Bob”, the money and text man of the business. Justin makes sure that we have money in the bank and plenty of stuff to sell. He also writes all this stuff for the websites, so if you are offended by any of our content, he is the man to contact! Otherwise known for being tall, Justin drinks coffee by the gallon, and yet still manages to be asleep on a regular basis.
Interesting Fact: Justin once cycled into the side of a horse that pulled out without indicating. The horse was fine, the bike was a write-off.

Chris - aka “The House Elf”, Chris is responsible for operations and project development. In English, that means he tries to make us more efficient and keeps us moving in the right direction with new and exciting things to do. Chris writes the software that lets us process your orders and keeps everything running as it is supposed to (so if this site stops working, e-mail him first!), he also whistles, sings, and generally makes noises throughout the day.
Interesting Fact: Disturbingly, Chris couldn’t think of a single interesting thing about himself, so if anyone knows anything please let us know, or we will be forced to make something up.

Pete - aka, “Postman Pete”, Pete is responsible for despatch and distribution. We send out an awful lot of parcels, some big, some small, and Pete makes sure that each departs in the right manner. Generally office bound (but not afraid to get his hands dirty), Pete is known for his large collection of lever arch files and dividers, and also for the enormous amount of food he consumes each day without gaining any weight.
Interesting Fact: Pete is an excellent chef, and regularly cooks for the team instead of us having nights out. His signature dish is Thai Green Curry.

Andrea - aka “Dee-Jay”, keeps tabs on the product database – all the stuff that you see on screen here doesn’t just magically appear, you know!  Alternate and complimentary products, information on colours, sizes, you name it – Andrea takes care of getting the information that we have on our range out to the people who browse our site.  Plus, she’s a mum of two, so we have a ready and able “test group” to try out new lines!
Interesting Fact: Andrea’s love of “Shaun The Sheep” is on a par with that of the average five year old little girl.

Dean - aka “The Younger Gunn”, is chiefly responsible for ensuring that orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner, things get packed correctly, and of course that they get out of our door and on their way to yours at the right time (regretfully after that it’s pretty much out of our hands!)  Quiet, unassuming, and with almost no hair through choice, Dean walks to work whatever the weather – although come Christmas he tends to beg a lift home after the kind of day we have at that time of year!
Interesting Fact: Dean once scored a goal past legendary Arsenal and England ‘keeper David Seaman. Granted it took five attempts, but still...

Mal - aka “Gloss Machine”, Mal is the elder statesman of the business. Mal is very much a hands-on person, normally found lurking in the warehouse, rifling through boxes muttering about how things were a lot different “in his day”. Having said that, we don't know where we would be without him - he makes sure that the warehouse runs smoothly and that we don't lose our marbles (yes, we sell marbles).
Interesting Fact: Mal is a very keen herpetologist, which is to say snakes and other cold blooded things. Make of that what you will…..

So, that’s us, and that’s how we work. We hope that you give our site a try, and find it to your liking! Come back any time...
