We like to hear from people - that's what makes us so different from most Internet Retailers! If you have a query, a comment, some criticism, want to know if we sell something you can't find on one of our sites, or maybe you would like to send us a cake (please note that this would make you VERY popular) then please do get in contact somehow.

There are many ways of contacting our team:

1. You can click on the 'Help Me' button that appears on each page of the site. This groovy little gadget allows you to chat to someone in the office, we can direct you to particular products or pages, give you some advice, or just tell you what the weather’s doing in Lowestoft, if that’s what you want to know! 

2. If you prefer to email us, general queries should go to WebTeam@FunFuzion.co.uk, and one of our team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you want to e-mail a specific individual, e-mail addresses are listed with the staff bio’s on the Fuzion Philosophy page.

3. If you yearn for the sound of a human voice, please call us on 0844 589 1000. We are normally quite busy, so you may have to try a few times though, but we like to chat so please keep trying! You will find there is always someone here between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, but do try outside these times if you like and you may well find someone is in. Please note that calls are charged at BT lo-call rate.
